The items in the First Aid kit appear to be of very high quality and mostly USA-made. But the customer service was amazing! There were a couple of things missing in my kit so I sent an email. In response, I received the missing items and whole bunch of backups, including a baseball cap! Best ever. Thanks so much! P

The item (Solo Chainsaw Trauma Kit) looks great but has not actually been used and, in reality, I hope will never be needed! The service I received from Steve at Forest Safety Products was outstanding. I highly recommend this store.

Unfortunately had to use this on a person working with me do to this kit an being able to quickly access it it saved his fingers an hand from being a total loss. We now have purchased a dozen of these to make sure everyone is outfitted with these an have extras. An accident happens when u least expect it. With a little training this kit will save a life!

The pack that allows for rapid access by either hand while securing the items on the webbing is a great solution for times when the user may not be performing at their best.
